Check out our open positions. Our Salt Lake Program is beginning in April 2025 and is currently accepting applications for all positions. The opening date of our Saint George programs are to be determined but are accepting applications for all positions as well. All positions are fulltime and currently run our Salt Lake weather schedule which is from April to November. All employees are paid for the months that programs are not active and are expected to attend continuing education courses during the off season.
Adventure Guide
Requirements
- EMT, Nurse, MA, or equivalent highly preferred
- A passion for the outdoors and ability to hike daily
- A love for learning and a desire to be involved in continued education
- Comfort leading outdoor activities and responding to emergencies
- Proven history of experience traversing technical hikes and climbs

Adventure Therapist
Requirements
- SUDC, CMHC, MFT, or LMC
- A passion for the outdoors and ability to hike daily
- A love for learning and a desire to be involved in continued education
- Be comfortable participating in technical outdoor activities

Program Director
Requirements
- Bachelors preferred
- A passion for the outdoors and ability to hike daily
- A love for learning and a desire to be involved in continued education
- Confidence and experience in leading groups of 15+ people
- Ability to manage schedules of employees
- Time management is an essential skill
